Blackberry Export Quality Standard [2009-03-31]

General Descriptoin:
 

Fast-frozen products should be hard, frozen and single, however, there is probably a part of the products (4 blackberries allowed at most) sticking together, which should be fairly easy to separate.The fruit should be evenly ripe, black or purple black.The color deviation of such fruit should be kept within the allowable range. The products should have the only taste and smell that the ripe fruit have, without any other taste or odor (a bit sour taste also allowable).The products should be in good shapes, with floating sizes, and the minimum diameter not less than 20 mm.The fruit should be firm and intact, with defective quantity kept in an acceptable range. In the case of being frozen, the fruit should be hard (slightly soft also allowable after defreezing). It is not allowed to having any decomposed or sour fruit body having odor.
